Kevin fixed my thermostat in about an hour. I sent photos of the issue beforehand, so he already came with the replacement parts and did both the diagnosis and repair in one go. I was relieved I didn’t have to schedule another appointment. He worked quietly and quickly and was very respectful. So glad to have our new thermostat!
