We have used Air Masters for maintenance and new unit installations over the years. They have excellent customer service - responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our most recent install was by Kim, very polite and efficient.

Kevin arrived on time & worked efficiently for scheduled maintenance & diagnosed a problem with one of our central AC zones (damper motor needs to be replaced). He cleaned our central unit upstairs & split unit downstairs. Kevin was a true professional and maintained good communication throughout the morning.

We had a great experience with Kevin at Air Masters Hawaii! Our AC unit wasn’t working, and Kevin was able to diagnose the problem and get everything fixed. He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. We had many questions, and he always took the time to answer them and explain what he was doing. He also made sure we understood how to use everything once the repair was complete. Kevin was very respectful of our home and took extra care to keep the area clean while he worked.
