Kevin was great. He replaced the motherboards in both the indoor and outdoor units and fixed the notorious E1 communication error on a Midea multi-split system.

He was very professional and was able to repair the unit the same day. My system was old, but he had the part to repair it. Kevin told me that other companies may not carry parts for older models, so I would have to replace the whole unit. Kevin did a great job, and I saved a lot of money because he could repair the unit, instead of replacing it. We have used Air Masters for all of our split AC installations and maintenance.
