"I've been a customer of Air Masters for many years and have always had positive experiences with them. I recently had a split a/c unit replaced because a nest of geckos fried the circuit board. I also had that new replacement unit and three of my older split a/c units internally screen wrapped to help prevent the same problem from happening in the future. Marion and Kelley helped me schedule the replacement and the screen wrapping over the phone. They also corresponded with me through email. They are both very professional and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The lead technician, Kevin, screen wrapped all of my a/c units, and he and his team replaced my fried a/c unit. I was extremely pleased with the work Kevin and his team did. They work cleanly, efficiently, and professionally. I especially appreciated Kevin communicating with me from the beginning what the best options were for my situation, then on the day of the replacement and screen wrapping, he explained the work that was being done and the time frame in which it would be completed. Kevin is an awesome technician. Overall, I'm super happy with Air Masters and will definitely call them in the future for my a/c needs."
