I spoke with Sherman on the phone and he diagnosed a bad fan motor and blower wheel. When Kevin came he was terrific. He protected the area around the AC replaced the motor and wheel and cleaned up. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician or a better service.

Needed my Fujitsu mini splits maintained during peak summer. They were able to fit me in the next day. Little on the pricy side, but not the highest I was quoted and for next day service in this heat. Worth it. Tech Brandon and Justin were great. My blinds needed to come down in order for them to get to the underside of one of the units. I offered to do it, but they handled it for me. Even changed batteries on my remotes if necessary. Answered any questions I had. Would use air masters again.

We have been using Air Masters Inc. for over 10 years, when they installed our first AC unit. A couple weeks ago we had our AC maintenance done by Kevin and he is always friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and made sure to set up and clean up to keep the area clean. Kevin also assisted us with a quote for a new Mitsubishi unit that we will be having Air Masters install. We asked if Kevin could be available for the install. We highly recommend and refer Air Masters to anyone who asks. 10/22/2025 Kevin and Kim came to install our new Mitsubishi AC unit a couple months ago. It has been working great! They were able to install it on a Saturday, which was very convenient for us. They worked diligently and cleaned up inside and outside when done. We look forward to working with them again for all our AC needs.

Contacted and spoke with Marion … very polite and courteous in accepting the repair request. Nice f/up by Kelley via text to inform me that the technician was running late bc of another job. When Kevin arrived, he asked for a description of the problem and then investigated the relevant split unit. He explained clearly what he believed was the issue and anticipated repair. He then performed the repair and summarized what he did. Kevin was very professional and easy to work with it. Overall, a very pleasant and painless experience with Air Masters’ employees!

July 30, 2025 We recently decided to install a new large Fujitsu ac unit in the kitchen/dining/den area which had previously had no ac. Contacted Air Masters and Rex stopped by to provide a quote and determined the best wall location for maximum air flow while concealing all the piping. Duke and Kim did an excellent job of installing the new unit and were very professional and courteous. They used plastic sheeting and made sure everything was clean before leaving.The new unit is perfect and blends in nicely with its new location. Duke and Kim carefully explained the unit to us including the components both inside and outside the house. We are very pleased with Air Masters and their professionalism and technical capabilities.
Joel came out in July and Sept to service two separate air conditioning units. He was very efficient and thorough both times. Joel has wonderful customer service. He leaves the area spotless.
Airmasters tech Kevin troubleshoot our Fujitsu split systems AC. Found the leak on outside unit. Suggested that he could repair the leak and I gave him the go ahead. After 2 hours the repair was done and AC is up and running. Very good job well done.

Kevin, assisted by Jesse, did careful repair and maintenance on my Fujitsu tri-zone AC. Kevin diagnosed the problem, explained the needed repair and cost. The repair seemed complicated to me, but Kevin and Jesse handled it efficiently. They were very careful in the house performing maintenance on the wall units--masking off the areas surrounding the units, cleaning up, etc.

Justin came to do the annual maintenance of our split ac units. He was on time, polite, helpful and did the job well. He asked several times throughout the visit if we had any questions or needed anything else. It was another positive experience with Air Masters. We got a recommendation from a neighbor who used them and went on to have our initial install done by them in 2008. Kevin came to provide us with an estimate and was very thorough in explaining our system options to meet our cooling needs. He also accommodated our work schedule and came to our home when we got home from work. Kevin and Kim came to our home this afternoon to install our new Fujitsu AC unit and did a wonderful job. They were very mindful of working inside our home by laying plastic sheeting on the floor. Recently 2 of our A/C's stopped cooling in the middle of a hot,hot, hot summer spell. Kevin came out and diagnosed our problems and came up with solutions for us! Had to repair my AC units. I was able to schedule a repair during the hot summer. Kevin and I believe Joe or Joel was the team that arrived at my place. This team was very professional, arrived on time, and very quick to complete the job. Also something Kevin did to my AC units, but made our AC units work better! Plan to go with them again.
Air Masters has installed 3 systems for me twice over 25 years. I use them for all my service. The techs are always friendly and fast. I plan to use them for the next 25 years.
Technician Brandon at AirMasters did an excellent job on the maintenance of our 2 AC units. He is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. He actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment time and went right to work. Air Master’s (Kevin and Kim) replaced a mini split AC unit. Air Masters worked with me to relocate the outdoor unit away from the house to keep a clear walkway. I cut the sidewalk and dug the trench and Air Master’s installed the refrigerant lines and electrical inside an ABS pipe. It came out very professional at a reasonable price. I plan using AM for my next AC job

Done with 5 split units before 2 pm which included a diagnostic for one of the units. Our ACs are definitely cleaner and blowing cooler! Reasonable prices too! Highly recommend.

Air Masters is amazing. We called in April and they were booked well into July and we asked to call us if there was any cancellations. They called on Thursday and said they had a cancellation for Monday. We took it and were glad we did. Brother Jesse showed up and serviced our 3 Mitsubishi split units. My husband has allergies and servicing them yearly is a must for allergies and indoor animals. My son is learning how to do AC's and HVAC and I hope he's a good as the techs at Airmasters. I paid $600 with rebates and discount. Amazing prices.

Yearly maintenance was performed by Jessie. He is also very professional and performed the work with care. Air Masters has maintained our split systems for over 20 years and we will continue to use them.

Joel serviced 2 split system units inside our home and 2 condensers outside. He also replaced our pipe insulation. He was professional and completed the tasks in a timely manner. Christian called us half an hour before his expected arrival time. He was very punctual and very professional. He was patient enough to explain why the condensation pan overflowed, and how Air Masters used a float switch to turn the unit off to prevent overflow. It was great to learn that there was a solution to prevent repeat occurrences, and that Air Masters could install the fix for me.i'm so grateful and look forward to a long relationship with Air Masters. Kevin came several weeks later to install the float switch. He was punctual, friendly and very efficient! He remembered me from our first encounter with Air Masters several years ago. Amazing! Air master put in our split air system many years ago. When it was time to replace them Christian came out on a Sunday and looked at what needed to be replaced. Monday I had a quote and the following Monday the service men came and put in a new system. They were polite, professional and quick. If you want a split air system I highly recommend air master. But don’t wait until it gets hot. They are very busy during the summer months.

Kevin from Air Masters came to my home to replace the evaporator coil on my Mitsubishi a/c. From explaining the process of the repair to the actual work done, he did an excellent job. We had our annual premium maintenance done on our Fujitsu split system. Our appointment was made and Kevin came as scheduled at 8 am. He did all the prep work in each room to protect the walls and floors. We had moved all the furniture and pictures that would be in his way to clean the units the day before which allowed him access right away. After cleaning and testing, everything worked wonderfully. We’re happy with the work and service provided by Air Masters over the years.

I've been a customer of Air Masters for many years and have always had positive experiences with them. I recently had a split a/c unit replaced because a nest of geckos fried the circuit board. I also had that new replacement unit and three of my older split a/c units internally screen wrapped to help prevent the same problem from happening in the future. Marion and Kelley helped me schedule the replacement and the screen wrapping over the phone. They also corresponded with me through email. They are both very professional and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The lead technician, Kevin, screen wrapped all of my a/c units, and he and his team replaced my fried a/c unit. I was extremely pleased with the work Kevin and his team did. They work cleanly, efficiently, and professionally. I especially appreciated Kevin communicating with me from the beginning what the best options were for my situation, then on the day of the replacement and screen wrapping, he explained the work that was being done and the time frame in which it would be completed. Kevin is an awesome technician. Overall, I'm super happy with Air Masters and will definitely call them in the future for my a/c needs.

This was the 2 AC Air Masters did for me. This are by far the cheapest when it comes to quotes. Only one company was close with their quote, but that quote did not include tax as well as new thermostat.
Good communication, Sherman and Princess are very courteous and friendly as were the crew. They installed the split unit while I was working from home, they were careful, quiet and respectful of my property, answered all my questions prior to the installation and during the installation and cleaned up really well after the job was done. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They were recommended by my realtor, Larry Chun (who I also highly recommend), and I'm glad he did.
Air Masters has been my AC contractor for years. Wonderful office staff, always friendly and never had any issues with service technicians sent to service my system. The only "con" I have to report is a long wait for a service appointment. It could be out 4+ weeks to get on the schdule.

Had excellent service by Kevin and Kim this morning. Despite the heavy rain, they both continued their jobs and finished our new installation in a timely manner. Great explanation of the use of the new remote which pleased my husband and I.
I was pleased that Kelley called me for an earlier appointment after someone cancelled. Jessie did a great job in cleaning our indoor evaporator unit. He showed us how dirty it was and cleaned it up really well. Nice job and nice cool now, ready for the hot summer.

Just wanted to thank Kevin for repairing our Mitsubishi split air conditioners a few weeks ago. He arrived earlier than expected and was very courteous and thorough. There was some kind of communication issue between the air conditioners and the condenser. Kevin explained what needed to be done and was even able to have the required parts delivered directly to him within 20-30 minutes. This was great because the repairs were done quickly and most importantly, on the same day.
The maintenance Kevin provided today was quick, efficient, and informative.

I had trouble with A/C system and called Air Master. Kevin came and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me several written quotes on repair. Call Air Master back and several days later, Kevin and another associate came on a Saturday and install a new unit. They were quick neat and professional. I would highly recommend Air Masters.

Anyone looking for air conditioning services should give Air Masters a try. This past week I had Air Masters replace two Fujitsu split A/C units that they had originally installed 25 years ago. They've been in business that long. An estimate was easily scheduled with Kevin and the pricing was very reasonable. After accepting the proposal, installation was done just 3 days after. The installation team (Kevin and Kim) were very efficient and each knew what to do. I really didn't hear them having to communicate with each other very much which means they were a very cohesive installation team. One split AC unit was on a second floor too. They also took time to place a floor tarp and a plastic wall covering to keep things clean. So consider giving them a try.
Great service when done. It does take awhile for an appointment as they are very busy! I wouldn’t go to any other company. The are a little pricey but you what you pay for in services and professionalism!
