Super professional, on time, and very thorough — you can tell he takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly, didn’t cut corners, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Kevin was great. He replaced the motherboards in both the indoor and outdoor units and fixed the notorious E1 communication error on a Midea multi-split system.
