My old Fujitsu A/C stopped working so I called Air Masters because they are the best from sales to maintenance and repairs! A gecko snuck into my outdoor unit and shorted the computer board. Kevin, their repair guy was awesome! He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered me options on how to repair my A/C and prevent it from happening again. Even while it was pouring rain outside, he never stopped his work. Kevin was very professional and kept working until his job was done. Had a scheduled appointment to diagnose/repair one of my split air conditioning unit today, February 5 2026. Kevin showed up promptly a little after 8am at my residence. After doing some testing and visually checking the indoor and outdoor units, he immediately concluded what the problem was, which took less than 30 minutes. However, he informed me that he needed to go back to the parts warehouse at Sand island so I told him no problem as I took the day off anyway. Within about 1 hour he returned with the part needed and resumed with the job. After another half an hour or so, Kevin fixed the issue with the ac and was back to normal again. I really appreciate technicians like Kevin who is very proficient at what he does. He's very prompt and a professional who does the extra mike to ensure customer satisfaction.
